Since London in Bloom started in 1967s, London Boroughs have been greening and brightening their Villages, Towns, Cities, and Parks across London.  They enter directly into London in Bloom in an appropriate category through the Borough Competition or our entry process.

In recent times entry has widened to encourage Town Centres & City Centres to participate, including  Business Improvement Districts with several winning top awards in Britain in Bloom. Evidence suggests that well-managed and attractive places significantly increase the economic well-being of our towns and town centres.
