It may seem an unusual category for a Bloom Campaign, but just stop and think for a moment about what you might find there?

Large well laid out public open spaces, trees and tree collections (in some cases rare trees), areas set aside for wildlife especially in closed burial grounds, good horticulture and gardening practice, volunteers and “Friends Groups” and not forgetting of course many with outstanding floral displays and fine lawns. So what could be more closely associated with our Parks Campaign than these. Already a successful campaign in our sister region (London in Bloom) we invite entries from every size of cemetery or crematoria whether an open or closed site.
